We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to take a lead role in product and system architecture, customer collaboration, and the design of innovative actuator solutions. To perform simple to moderately complicated assembly functions building off of build sheets, as assigned to build Tolomatic products in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements and production standards.

To operate CNC milling/turning machine centers and/or manual machinery (mills, drills, lathes, saws, etc.) to perform routine or repetitive operations in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards. To perform plating operations in a manner which consistently meets quality requirements and production standards.

Support Tolomatic’s assembly operations by developing, documenting, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes across multiple product lines. This role provides hands-on engineering support to production teams, focusing on improving assembly line flow, resolving technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and productivity.

Machinists operate CNC milling/turning/grinding machine centers and/or manual machinery to perform routine or repetitive operations in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards.

To package and ship orders consistent with customer requirements and company policies and procedures.
